True to our Italian heritage, we know the importance of having a staff that works well together.  That’s why we have the most phenomenal staff this side of Sicily!!  We depend on them to do their best and be a part of our team.

There are people in the kitchen as well as front of the house staff who play important roles in the daily functioning of Noto’s.  We feel very fortunate to have them as a part of our family.
