The newest addition to the dining experiences is the Noto's Wine Cellar on the lower level. Accessed by the spiral marble staircase in the banquet entry, the view is incomparable. You’ll enjoy European-style dining within sight of hundreds of varieties of wines from the award winning wine list.  With over 900 Italian varieties in stock, there is without-a-doubt a wine to suit your palate!

About Noto's Wine Cellar Chefs' Dinners

Our Chef’s prepare 5, 7 or 9 course dinners served European style----leisurely dining in a lovely atmosphere.  Our Chef plans the special menu for you and your guests based on the dietary restrictions and food allergies you inform us about - you won't know the menu until the courses are served.  Chef shops for the freshest and special ingredients daily.

There are only eight table reservations available for any evening. Most reservations must be made at least three days in advance of the dinner, if tables are available.  We require this commitment for several reasons:  Noto's Executive Chef orders and prepares items not usually served in Noto's restaurant dining room.  Specially trained staff members are scheduled to serve the guests in the Wine Cellar.

Most dinners require 3 hours or more. Guests are encouraged to relax and enjoy the
conversation and company of good friends or business associates with great wines from
Noto’s award winning wine list while the chef prepares gourmet delights for you.

As you arrive, you will be treated to a glass of Prosecco in the foyer to get into the relaxed mood of the evening. When all of your party has arrived, you will be seated in your semi-private, brick-arched and domed space - and the first course will be served. Between courses, you are free to enter the kitchen and talk with the chef, relax in the comfortable foyer area or browse the wines in the display area.

The chef may present and explain some of the courses, or perhaps prepare courses tableside. Wine selections may be made by you or with the recommendation of our knowledgeable staff. Be assured - your dinner will be a treat for the eyes, the nose and the palate. 

Guest Responsibilities

  • Make your reservation as early as possible.  Only eight tables are available each night.
  • Noto's will call to confirm when they receive your signed reservation form.  Please note: since there are only eight tables available, you may not get the date you request. 
  • When you are called to confirm the reservation - you are required to give Noto's your credit card information to secure the reservation.  Cancelling without 72 hours notice will mean that $50 per person will be charged to your card.
  • Confirm the number of guest no later than 72 hours in advance by phone.
  • Make Noto's aware of any known food allergies or special dietary requirements when you make the reservation.  The chef uses this information to plan your special menu.
  • Let Noto's help you select wines to accompany the meal.  Give them price parameters for your wine selections by bottle at the time you make the reservation.
  • Arrive on time!
  • Plan to relax and enjoy.  The dinners will be approximately 3 hours long.
  • Limit cell phone use to emergencies only.  Many cell phones will not work in the cellar anyway.
  • Dress for the occasion in business casual attire or nicer.  No jeans, cargo pants, muscle shirts, t-shirts, athletic shoes, flip flops, etc., please.
